ServiceIQ Pro is an all-in-one CRM, automation, communication, and AI-powered business platform for service-based industries such as HVAC, plumbing, towing, home care, and more.

2. Who is ServiceIQ Pro designed for?

We serve service-based businesses that want to modernize operations, automate follow-up, improve communication, and increase revenue without hiring a large admin team.

3. Do I need technical experience to use ServiceIQ Pro?

No. The system is designed to be user-friendly, and we offer guided onboarding to help you get started.

4. Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You can connect your domain for websites, funnels, and email sending.

5. Do you help with onboarding?

Yes. Each plan includes onboarding support based on your chosen subscription tier.

BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

1. How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless canceled.

2. How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel from your billing portal at any time. Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid renewal.

3. What happens after I cancel?

Your account remains active until the end of the billing cycle. Afterward, it may be deleted within 30–60 days.

4. Do you offer refunds?

No. All subscription fees, setup fees, and usage charges are non-refundable.

5. Do SMS and email costs roll over?

No. Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

6. Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Plan upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

1. Does ServiceIQ Pro include scheduling and calendars?

Yes. You can book, manage, and remind clients automatically.

2. Can I send SMS and emails through the platform?

Yes. You get two-way messaging, campaigns, automations, and templates.

3. Does the platform integrate with Google Business Profile?

Yes. You can reply to Google messages directly from your account.

4. Can I use the platform as a full CRM?

Absolutely. You can manage leads, customers, jobs, pipelines, invoices, and communication all in one place.

5. Does ServiceIQ Pro include a mobile app?

4. Do workflows require coding?

No. Everything is drag-and-drop.

A2P SMS COMPLIANCE

1. Do I need to register for A2P to send texts?

Yes. All U.S. carriers require business texting registration.

2. How long does A2P registration take?

Typically 1–7 business days, depending on carrier approval.

3. What happens if I text unverified numbers?

Messages may be blocked, filtered, or result in compliance issues.

4. Is ServiceIQ Pro responsible for A2P approval?

We assist with submission, but carriers make the final decision.

SECURITY & DATA

1. Is my data secure?

Yes. ServiceIQ Pro runs on encrypted, enterprise-grade infrastructure powered by Go High Level and Amazon Web Services.

2. Who is responsible if Go High Level has a data breach?

The Platform Provider (GHL) is responsible for their infrastructure. ServiceIQ Pro will notify you if your account is impacted.

3. Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export contacts, conversations, and other information at any time.

4. Do you sell or share my data?

No. We do not sell or rent customer data.

WEBSITE, FUNNELS & FORMS

1. Can I build websites and funnels?

Yes. Full website and funnel builders are included depending on your plan.

2. Can I embed forms on my website?

Yes. You can use sharable form links or embed codes.

3. Are websites included in the subscription?

Yes. You can host funnels and pages directly within ServiceIQ Pro.

SUPPORT & TRAINING

1. What support do you offer?

Support depends on your plan level (Standard, Priority, or White Glove).

2. Do you offer training videos?

Yes. Tutorials, documentation, and knowledge base resources are included.

3. Is phone support available?

Phone support is limited; priority plans may include additional options.

2. What are “Complimentary Credits”?

These credits offset SMS and email costs every month.

3. Do SMS credits roll over?

No. Credits reset each month.

CANCELLATION & DATA MANAGEMENT

1. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal.

2. Will I lose access immediately if I cancel?

No. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period.

3. Will my data be deleted?

Accounts scheduled for deletion may lose data after 30–60 days.

4. Can deleted data be restored?

Restoration is not guaranteed.

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE

1. Does ServiceIQ Pro replace legal, HR, or professional advice?

No. We are a software provider, not a consultant or legal advisor.

2. Are you affiliated with Go High Level?

No. ServiceIQ Pro is a white-labeled version of the platform with unique configurations, automations, and AI tools.

3. Do I need consent to message customers?

Yes. Consent is required under TCPA and carrier rules.
